It leaks when the tractor is running or when it's not. Our 990 is pre-Synchromesh, but I really don't notice much difference between the (2) tractors w/ what I use them for. Now that ithas warmed up they still don't work. I found a running Case 1190 but after searching info found very little of my parts are usable on it. With the brake pedal seized on the shaft, the outside one as the inside one is fixed to the shaft, you will need to free it to ajust the brakes properly. I installed new fuel pump (thought that was the problem at first) and can hand pump fuel into first filter but cannot get it to come through first bleed valve or into second filter. They give Currant Red or Hunting Pink as the body color and Primrose Yellow for the grille and wheels. The loader works good so I have reason to believe the hydraulic pump is working.
